About the Art Center
The Art Center is the oldest cultural non‑profit organization in the county. Our rich history began in 1934 as our intent to provide a forum for the exchange of ideas, as well as to encourage and foster the arts.
Over the past seventy years these aspirations have been met with exhibits of local and visiting artists. From 19 original members, our ranks have grown to over 300 members.
