by the Westmoreland Museum of American Art, opens
on June 29 and runs through October 19, 2008 coinciding with
the 55th Carnegie International [which opened in May at
Carnegie Museum of Art]. This exhibition creates an overview of the
exhibitions of the same title organized by the Carnegie Institute (now
Carnegie Museum of Art) from 1943 to 1949.

"Front Windows" tells a story in six acts of the lives of five urban
dwellers who share a three unit apartment house in Pittsburgh, PA.
